Julio Gonzalez

Founder & Risk Mitigation Leader

With over 23 years in the maritime industry and extensive experience supporting the 16 Critical Infrastructure Sectors, I bring a broad, integrated perspective to security, emergency preparedness, and organizational resilience.

My professional background includes roles as a Security Advisor, Program Manager, and Environmental Preparedness & Response Leader. I’ve been consistently relied upon to lead during high-pressure situations, build strong teams, and align complex operations around clear, mission-driven goals.

I take a multidisciplinary approach to risk mitigation—combining physical security, cybersecurity, emergency management, training & exercises, continuity of operations planning (COOP), and dependency analysis to strengthen operational resilience across sectors.

My work is driven by a simple principle: resilience isn’t built in silos. It requires collaboration, communication, and a comprehensive understanding of evolving threats and dependencies.
